How we started
Pat spent her career as a Canine Hydrotherapist, working hands-on with dogs recovering from injury and surgery.
She saw it over and over: the dogs who moved freely had one thing in common. Strong collagen levels.
The dogs who struggled? Their collagen levels were depleted.
Traditional supplements didn't work well enough. Most dogs wouldn't eat them. The ones that did often showed minimal improvement.
Then her own dog, Monty, started slowing down. The dreaded signs of joint issues.
The solution
Pat went back to basics. She started slow-simmering beef bones in her kitchen, creating a collagen-rich broth.
Monty loved it. Her hydrotherapy clients noticed the difference in their dogs. They demanded to know the secret.
From kitchen to shelves
We refined Pat's kitchen experiments into our first product: Pure Collagen.
Human-grade ingredients only. Many pet supplements use lower-grade ingredients that wouldn't pass for human consumption. We don't.
Hydrolysed collagen peptides. Maximum absorption. Tasteless, so dogs actually eat it.
Pat's hydrotherapy clients became our first customers. The results spoke for themselves.
Today
That same philosophy drives everything we do.
